ScoobyWorx was established in April 2010 supplying Subaru Performance Parts Worldwide.
We are a growing business with an excellent reputation and have many repeat customers due to our high level of service. We have a growing catalogue of parts on our site and have also launched our own brand SWRD. We specialize in reconditioned calipers, these not only offer a reconditioned functional caliper but also offer them powder coated in a range of colours which outlast any painted version as powder coat is more durable. We have sold around 600 sets of reconditioned calipers all around the world and have an excellent reputation for our work with these.
In June 2013 we moved into new premises which has enabled us to add a workshop to Scoobyworx offering servicing and repairs on all makes and models of vehicles including fitting of various performance parts we sell.
Our Company Aim
Our aim is to supply only the highest quality items available along with a selection of custom products such as our reconditioned calipers.
To provide a fast and efficient mail order service - all orders received are sent out the same day / next day if we have the item in stock. To also provide a quality service at the best prices possible - please contact us if you have seen the identical product at a lower price and we will endeavor to beat it. We respond to emails normally within the hour during normal working hours wherever possible.

Stock
We keep a large amount of our products in stock for a fast dispatch, items we don't stock are generally available for a fast dispatch direct from our suppliers. From time to time our stock levels can become depleted if there has been high demand for a product, if this is the case we will contact you and make you aware of any delays
International Orders
We welcome international orders and ask that customers contact us for a shipping quote if ordering multiple items or if you think the shipping seems expensive. As we use a weight based system it cant be perfectly balanced for all items due to differences in size and weight and shipping methods used.
Delivery
We use a weight based system for our deliveries the total is calculated on the items in you cart on checkout. We aim to deliver items next working day where ever possible and if you would like to check delivery timescales on any particular items email us at info@scoobyworx.com
Custom items and out of stock items sometimes take a little longer but we always dispatch items as soon as we can. We will email to advise if any delays occur.
We use DHL/UPS/FEDEX for large items and Royal Mail for smaller items both have proved to be reliable while we have been using them which in turn gives you the customer a better service. UPS are not the cheapest courier but are by far the most reliable.
We provide delivery details for items sent through DHL/UPS/FEDEX by email if we have your email address.
We do ship most items to BPFO addresses and are the same cost as UK postage so select UK postage at checkout
